Payment to be received no later than 21 days from date of invoice.
PRICES
Whilst every effort is made to hold prices, we reserve the right, without prior notice to alter prices where we have no control over cost increases.
ORDERS
All orders are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate (currently 17 ½ %).
PRODUCTS
Newpak Products is constantly striving to improve design and presentation of products for the benefit of our customers, therefore alterations & substitutions may take place without prior notice.
COMPLAINTS
We advise customers to check their delivery of goods on receipt, to ensure they comply with what has been ordered. Any problems should be reported within 5 days. After this time we cannot accept responsibility for notifications outside this timescale.
ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
We follow the guidelines of our Local Authority’s Environmental Policy and copies are available on request. |
DESPATCH
Items shown in this current price list are normally available ex-stock, however at peak demand periods; delivery can be extended up to 5 weeks. Non-standard items can be manufactured to your individual requirements; delivery on these items will vary depending on type of product and time of ordering. All goods are offered subject to availability.
DELIVERY METHODS/TIMES
All goods will be sent via our carrier and will be delivered on weekdays only between the hours of
8.00 am and 18.00 pm. A signature is required; please ensure that someone is available at the designated delivery address to sign for the goods.
SUMMER HOLIDAYS FOR SCHOOLS & COLLEGES
During summer holidays, carriers experience difficulties delivering goods to schools. Often it is not possible to find someone to accept and take responsibility for parcels. Unless otherwise requested therefore, orders will not be despatched during this period, but will be retained ready for despatch during the first week in September as a security measure. (Second week in August for schools in Scotland) |
